We provide investors with various public and private real asset investments and solutions. Main Duties & Responsibilities Support the Contract Administrative & Procurement Team in executing the pre- and post-contract activities. Administer tender processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with policies. Assist in reviewing contract terms and identifying potential issues. Review contract terms to align with market trends and company needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate procurement processes. Collect and analyse procurement data to support reporting, process and enhance decision-making. Source new vendors, evaluate vendors and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality. Support in resolving contract disputes and preparing necessary documents. Prepare contracts, certificates and verify supporting documentation. Other Ad-Hoc related duties as assigned. Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ related experience in tender and contract management, preferably in the construction industry/property management or as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in a QS consultancy firm. Skills: Strong understanding of procurement strategies, with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and data analysis skills. Character: A proactive team player with a willingness to learn Education: Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
