What We are looking for As a KYC & Customer Support Agent at Novibet, you'll review customer documents, check for fraudulent activity and maintain accurate records while adhering to strict regulatory and company guidelines. What you will work on Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents in compliance with any regulatory governing bodies and based on determined customer risk level Handle daily internal back-office tasks Deal directly & manage effectively customer queries via email and phone Escalate any suspicious behavior or transactions Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible gambling is observed Provide information about products & services Build up knowledge of customer verification process for different regulations including verifying player's documents What you bring High School Degree from an accredited University Fluency in English & Greek (oral and written) Prior experience in a similar role or in a back-office customer support role is appreciated Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy Flexibility to work on shift rotation What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
