Understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and customer-specific IT processes, with the ability to adapt them for project implementation teams. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and work in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in German and English, and familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Sharepoint, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of SAP Transport Management (TMS) and Solution Manager (ChaRM) are a plus.
