Aufgaben Montage optoelektronischer Geräte und Baugruppen nach detaillierten Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsstandards Feinjustage / elektrischer Abgleich und Funktionsprüfung der Produkte mithilfe von automatisierten Prüf- und Abgleichprogrammen Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Fehlern und Abweichungen im Montageprozess Arbeiten in einem strukturierten Produktionsumfeld nach den Prinzipien von 5S und Lean Manufacturing Mitwirken an Verbesserungen von Prozessen und Produktqualität Schnittstelle zum Manufacturing Engineering-Team bei technischen Problemen und Prozessanpassungen Schulung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen für neue Produkten Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfprozessen Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im technischen Bereich 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Montage, Prüfung oder Produktion technischer Systeme – idealerweise im Bereich Optoelektronik Sehr gutes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Produktfunktionen und Qualitätsanforderungen Fähigkeit, technische Probleme systematisch zu analysieren und Lösungen gemeinsam mit Engineering und Produktion umzusetzen Freude an der Einarbeitung und Schulung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
