Blue United Sourcing has two openings for experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) at a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA. Both positions are available for an ASAP start and open to travel, permanent, or travel-to-perm candidates. Silicon Valley is calling — two spots available. Details of the role: Anticipated start date: Flexible Salary range: Up to $1,800 weekly Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks Contract type: Travel, Permanent, or Travel-to-Perm Clinical Duties: Assist with evaluations and implement OT treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve residents’ ADLs and functional mobility. Support interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions. Teach adaptive techniques and proper use of assistive devices. Collaborate with OTs, nursing, and rehab teams on care goals. Document therapy sessions, progress, and daily notes accurately. Monitor resident responses and report outcomes to supervising OT. Requirements: Current COTA license in the state of California. Associate’s or higher degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program. Ability to follow OT treatment plans and assist with interventions. Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration. Accurate documentation and time management skills. Commitment to following facility policies and state regulations.
