Position Details Setting: Outpatient Schedule: Monday–Friday 3 days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2 days: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Assignment: Ongoing Locations: 2 locations in Smyrna 1 location in Murfreesboro Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing range of motion, strength, balance, posture, ambulation, and functional independence Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelines Maintain accurate documentation, including daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure treatment plans are properly executed Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Utilize the NETHEALTH system for documentation and reporting Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or Compact License CPR certification Basic PC skills and experience with EMR systems Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply This opportunity offers stability, consistent weekday hours, and the ability to provide meaningful outpatient rehabilitation services in a patient-focused environment.
