Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Operate crane for deck operation under supervision of coach. Ensure constant communication with deck. Complete the use checklists before commencing each shift. Compliance with Clients safe system of work. Carry out 1st line maintenance. Ensure good housekeeping with crane cabin and machinery. Undertake   activities as required. Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported to EnerMech and Installation Manager immediately. Ensure a safe and comprehensive shift handover is conducted and recorded. Secondary school degree Banksman/Slinging Certificate VHF Restricted Radio Certificate Rigging Loft Management Basic Rigging Certificate Bachelor's degree
