The role?  We are seeking a qualified Lifting Trainer for immediate deployment to Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about safety and training in the onshore construction industry. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas To provide competent Training Courses and Assessing for EnerMech Clients in Middle East Region, EnerMech Training centers and clients' worksite in Onshore/Offshore Locations. Responsible for delivering training and assessments customized and focused coaching and assessment program for site Rigging / Lifting Supervisors currently employed by various contractors on North Field Expansion (NFXP) Onshore Construction Project. OPITO certification or equivalent (e.g., ECITB, NVQ, OSHA, LEEA, NSL) Strong knowledge of onshore construction activities Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in lifting operations training within onshore construction environments Ability to deliver high-quality training and assessments Excellent communication skills in English Adequate command of languages commonly spoken in India, Pakistan, and Nepal is essential
