Participate actively in unit meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree considered with appropriate experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is preferred. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory; additional certifications such as CCRN may be beneficial. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
