Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Georgia or compact state. Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience in a hospital setting. BLS and ACLS certifications required; certifications must be current and valid. Ability to work night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. IV Heparin administration Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient advocacy and support. Ability to adapt to different clinical environments and remain flexible in a fast-paced work setting.
