Start Date: Immediate Shift time: 6:45p-7:15a Contract Duration: 8 weeks tele step down high acuity unit ICU care, drips, stable vents, but no vasopressors. Cerner charting Must live 80+ miles from the facility Estimated Pay Package: $2200 (including Stipend) Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient conditions in the PCU. Administer medications and manage IV therapies as prescribed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families about health management and recovery processes. Document patient care activities and interventions accurately in electronic health records. Manage equipment and supplies necessary for patient care in the PCU. Respond to patient emergencies and provide immediate intervention as needed. Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of practice. Proven experience in a critical care or PCU setting preferred. Strong understanding of patient care standards and safety protocols. Cerner charting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
