Administrative Assistant Location: Independence, MO Schedule: Full Time | Monday through Friday | Office Hours Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in the Independence office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in supporting a team that serves others every day. Our Administrative Assistants help keep operations running smoothly by supporting office leadership, assisting with documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring day to day administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism. If you are detail oriented, tech savvy, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, we would love to meet you.
