Weekend Hospice Admissions RN Springfield, MO & surrounding areas Full Time: 30hrs | 10-hour Shifts | Saturday–Sunday Included Some nurses change lives in quiet, powerful moments. You’ll guide patients and families from curative care into comfort-focused care with compassion, clinical excellence, and dignity. This role blends strong clinical judgment with deep human connection—addressing not only physical needs, but also emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial support. You’ll collaborate closely with intake coordinators, hospice consultants, medical directors, facility staff, and physicians to ensure every admission is smooth, thoughtful, and centered on what matters most.
