Coordinator, Private Duty Nursing Columbia, MO Pay $17 to $19 per hour Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Coordinator for our Private Duty Nursing team in Columbia. This is a fast paced, people focused role where organization, urgency, and communication matter every single day. If you thrive on keeping things moving, solving problems quickly, and making sure patients and nurses are supported, this could be a great fit. You will be responsible for building and maintaining nursing schedules, ensuring coverage aligns with care plans, and responding to urgent needs as they arise. This role requires strong decision making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
