Graphic Designer  Full-Time ON-SITE – Sandy Springs, Georgia  About the Role  We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels while leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output. This is an ideal position for a mid-level designer with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about blending traditional design expertise with emerging AI technologies.  Key Responsibilities  Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website assets, and digital ads  Assist in creating print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage  Support the development of brand-consistent visual content across all channels  Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative briefs to life  Prepare and optimize image files for web and print production  Maintain organized design files and follow brand guidelines and templates  Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews  Perform photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows  Stay current on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices  Explore and integrate AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, generative fill) into creative workflows to accelerate production and ideation  Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  3–5 years of professional graphic design experience  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)  Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition  A portfolio demonstrating creative range and attention to detail  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset  Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively  Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI-powered design and creative tools  Nice to Have  Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools  Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)  Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design fundamentals  Experience creating content for social media platforms  Interest in UX/UI design principles  Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)  Familiarity with prompt engineering for visual content and AI-assisted creative workflows  What We Offer  Competitive salary and benefits package  Opportunities for professional development and mentorship  A supportive, creative team environment  Exposure to a wide range of design projects and challenges  [Additional perks: remote work flexibility, wellness programs, etc.]  Serenity Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
