What You’ll Do Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver premium lifestyle experiences to Arabic HNW members . Ensure service excellence , proactively enhancing efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction. Resolve high-level escalations , ensuring swift, tailored solutions for our discerning clientele. Drive continuous improvement , refining processes to exceed member expectations. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for luxury lifestyle services and a proven track record in team leadership and service excellence . The ideal candidate will have: Expertise & Industry Insight Deep knowledge of luxury lifestyle services , including hospitality, travel, and premium experiences. Active awareness of Arabic luxury markets , ensuring service excellence and innovation. Ability to bridge Proposition and Lifestyle teams , setting and exceeding industry standards. Leadership & Team Development Strong people management skills , leading high-performing teams across multiple locations. Service Excellence & Problem-Solving Results-driven mindset , focused on member satisfaction, efficiency, and SLAs.
