Trillium is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and is excited to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement creative and engaging lessons that comply with early years education standards and promote holistic development. Establish a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among children. Assess and record children’s progress and development, using this information to inform future planning and adapt teaching methods. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and effective learning community. Ensure a safe and orderly environment that promotes children’s health and well-being. Participate in professional development opportunities to keep up-to-date with early years education best practices. Engage in school activities and contribute to the school community through events and programs. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching practices. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with young children and their parents. Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
