The Egypt Education Platform is on the lookout for a dedicated and inspiring PE Teacher to join our educational team at GEMS - TBS (The British School Elrehab). This position offers an exciting opportunity to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students through engaging physical education programs. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons that cater to a wide range of skill levels and interests. Teach various sports and physical activities, fostering teamwork, cooperation, and a spirit of sportsmanship. Create a supportive and safe environment for students to participate in physical activities and sports. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual development. Organize school sports events and extracurricular activities to encourage participation and build school spirit. Incorporate health education into lessons, promoting awareness of physical health and wellness. Collaborate with other teachers to support the integration of physical education within the overall educational curriculum. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Teaching certification in Physical Education is preferred. Experience in teaching PE in a school setting is advantageous. Strong understanding of sports and physical fitness principles. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Passion for encouraging students to lead healthy and active lives. Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of physical education.
