Key Responsibilities: Dealer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new motorcycle dealers through established partnerships and other sales channels. Dealer Support: Handle inquiries and complaints from dealers, providing effective solutions and recommendations to ensure satisfaction. Visiting motorcycle dealers regularly. Due Diligence: Conduct detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments and due diligence for all onboarding applications. Contract Management: Arrange for the signing of facility agreements with dealers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Performance Review: Review existing dealer facilities and performance, proposing adjustments to credit limits as needed. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a consumer goods or related industry. Strong interest and passion for sales. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet targets/KPIs within agreed timeframes. Own transport and willingness to travel outside Klang Valley for site visits. Ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects to cater to our diverse customer base. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
