Serve as the first point of contact for the HR shared inbox, addressing employee inquiries and triaging matters to the appropriate HR team member. Generate and provide employment verification letters and related documentation upon request. Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve data integrity across systems and processes. Assist with evaluating and implementing HR technology enhancements and system upgrades. Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the department. Support internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation and ensuring data accuracy. Monitor compliance deadlines (e.g., I‑9 reverification, contract renewals) and coordinate timely follow‑up. Support HR projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.
