JOB SUMMAARY The Senior Executive, Freighter Management (Finance) is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of the freighter business, including P&L management, budget forecasting, and variance analysis. The role involves collecting, validating, and interpreting operational and financial data to provide actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency. The position also develops dashboards and reports using BI tools to support strategic decision-making and optimize profitability. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Malaysia JOB RESPONSIBILITIES P&L Ownership: Monitor, analyze, and report on the company’s Profit & Loss statements by business segment, product, or region. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance. Support budget forecasting and variance analysis. Data Management & Analytics: Collect, validate, and interpret operational and financial data to derive actionable insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and models using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency 1. Experience & Background Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in airline finance, cargo operations finance, or business analysis. Exposure to P&L management, budgeting, and variance analysis. Experience working with cross-functional teams in operations or commercial functions. 2. Technical Skills Strong financial analysis skills: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis. Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred. Ability to interpret operational data and link it to financial performance. Strong understanding of KPIs, cost drivers, and revenue metrics in airline/cargo operations. 3. Soft Skills Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines. Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.
