Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the seamless operation of our MT4 and MT5 trading systems, overseeing risk management strategies, and providing technical support. Participate in the development and support of the new trading systems and tools and products Interpret current market dynamics, handle trading and dealing enquiries and provide solutions. Performing risk assessments and evaluation of company's exposure to the market Supervise trading operations and settings in MT4 Administrator and relevant systems Train trading and dealing members in using MT4 Administrator and relevant systems Develop and maintain expertise in FX & CFD products and trade execution Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Information, Technology, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent At least 2 Years of working experience with MT4 Administrator If no MT4 Administrator experience, at least 5 year of working experience with MT4 Fluency in Mandarin and English Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel Good in analytical, numerical, statistic, finance, IT Deep understanding in Risk Management or Trading Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations. Knowledge of the FIX protocol is considered as advantage Experience in Expert Advisor is considered as advantage
