We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic planning, development, and full lifecycle management of fintech products. Candidates should have a deep background in the fintech industry, the ability to drive the launch of innovative products, and the capacity to lead teams in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute long-term strategies and annual roadmaps for fintech products to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives. Lead product requirement analysis, priority setting, and iteration planning, coordinating with technology, design, marketing, and operations teams for efficient product delivery. Deeply understand global fintech trends, regulatory policies, and user needs to drive product innovation and enhance competitiveness. Manage the product team, including talent recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development planning. Collaborate closely with global partners and cross-regional teams to ensure products meet international standards and localized needs. Continuously optimize product experience through data analysis and user feedback to improve user retention and commercial value. More than ten years of product management experience, including over five years of team management experience, which should be from the fintech field. Successfully led the complete lifecycle of fintech products and has hands-on experience in building products from scratch (0 to 1). Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of leading cross-border teams and participating in international conferences. Proficient in agile development processes, familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Have a deep understanding of compliance requirements in the financial industry (such as KYC, AML, GDPR).
