Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement resolutions. Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, test scripts, and configuration guides. 5-7 years of experience with Workday Account Center Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials Experience designing and configuring accounting and expense rules Experience building workflows within Workday Strong experience in integrations and reporting within Workday Ability to support testing and implementation activities
