Collaborate with central and regional teams to align local activity with the wider business strategy. Run market insights sessions and create effective briefs. Operating at execution and implementation level as a specialist, across the range of digital and marketing skill sets (SEO, influencer, content, affiliate, email, and more). Maintain strong commercial focus, driving regional growth by monitoring and improving performance metrics. Manage website trading, including launching new products, updating content, and optimising the customer experience. Build and deliver French marketing and SEO campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue growth. Drive the evolution of brand positioning, ensuring clear, consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences. Strategy and planning with intelligent, innovative, and outside the box approaches. Skills, knowledge & expertise: Must be fluent in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of delivering results with the French market. Highly organised, analytical, and confident presenting at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead transition and manage change. Able to think both creatively and commercially. Happy to work at both strategic and hands-on operational levels. Proficient in Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms). Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. Experience in managing a small team. Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
