We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Operations Administrator to support our day-to-day agency operations. You’ll manage internal systems, maintain accurate reporting, and assist with optimizing and automating processes. Working closely with operations leadership, you’ll ensure tools, users, and workflows run smoothly across teams, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our agency. Key Responsibilities: Manage user access and troubleshoot issues across platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, marketplace portals, and internal software. Accurately handle data entry and generate, maintain, and distribute operational reports on tight deadlines. Collaborate on creating and improving SOPs, automate workflows, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Support cross-team communication and ensure smooth workflow integration. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and systems administration. At least 3 years of experience handling data entry, advanced Excel, and reporting with high accuracy. Demonstrated experience ( 2+ years ) in process improvement, workflow automation, or SOP development. Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
