Summary: The Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099). Location: Gordon Early Literacy Center Monday-Thursday 11:30-2:45; Friday 9:00 - 3:00 - supporting 1 student Assignment will go through summer Primary Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. Direct support and consult Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity. Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development. Extensive knowledge of data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities. Qualifications: Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program BCBA certification Working experience after BCBA certification Credentials: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts Professional Liability Insurance (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN TB screening - current within 3 months Safety Care Training will be required (scheduled with CCRES/CCIU) *Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
