Our CNA's play a critical role as part of the interdisciplinary team focused on supporting our patients achieve their goals. Servicing Areas in East Valley - Mesa, Apache Junction, Coolidge, Florence, San Tan Valley, and Queen Creek. *Feel great knowing you made a difference every time you provide care for one of our hospice patients. * · High school graduate or GED · 6 Months of hospice experience preferred · Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to our patients and their families · Work in a team responsibly and independently · Good communication skills
