Domes of Corfu We are currently hiring for our 5* resort  Domes of Corfu, Autograph Collection Hotels , an ultimate luxury experience, located in Corfu . Assistant F&B Manager The Role: The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Domes Resorts supports the day-to-day operations of the resort's food and beverage services, with a strong focus on operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive mindset to help improve service quality, and drive profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Some of the responsibilities: F&B Operational Oversight Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service execution. Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, troubleshooting problems in real-time. Conduct regular walk-throughs to check on cleanliness, service preparedness, and staff efficiency. Guest Experience and Service Excellence Monitor service delivery, ensuring all team members follow established service standards. Personally interact with guests during peak hours to gather feedback and address any concerns. Support the team in handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and VIP service requirements. Food Safety Regulations and Standards Monitor daily adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with all legal and company standards. Assist in implementing corrective measures for safety or hygiene concerns. Team Management and Development Provide hands-on leadership and support to F&B teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in training new hires, reinforcing service techniques and hospitality standards. Conduct pre-service briefings with staff to ensure alignment on daily objectives and guest expectations. Actively participate in coaching and motivating employees to maintain high morale and performance. Useful to have: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, F&B, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hospitality environment Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and F&B procedures. Excellent knowledge of the English language Very good knowledge of MS Office. What you will bring: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships, internal and external, within the F&B department and between F&B and the rest of the departments. Supervisory skills and Performance Management to lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Customer service competencies by anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and maintaining a guest-focused mindset.
