Breakfast Chef de Partie for our fine-dining Makris Restaurant Team in Milos. The Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our fine-dining Makris Restaurant team . The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality breakfast dishes that reflect the standards of our luxury resort. Some of the responsibilities: Prepare and present breakfast dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards. Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all dishes. Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for breakfast offerings. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained. Collaborate closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth service. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when needed. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required. Useful to have: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in fine-dining or luxury hospitality. Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and pastry basics. Excellent culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail. What you will bring: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
