Other duties as assigned by management. 2+ years outside B2B sales experience Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales. Project or construction management experience preferred. Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close. Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills. Proficient in CRM systems. Prior sales training. Outgoing, dynamic personality. An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting Strong MS Office, including Outlook
