AYANA Hospitality is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Executive Sous Chef at Delonix Hotel Karawang. This role is essential in upholding the culinary excellence and high standards that AYANA is known for, while leading a dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality dishes. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and create exceptional menu items that emphasize seasonal and local ingredients. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient working environment. Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the management of food costs and effective inventory control, ensuring profit margins are achieved. Participate in culinary events and initiatives that enhance the reputation of Delonix Hotel Karawang. Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations, implementing best practices and innovative cooking techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, upholding sanitation standards at all times. Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 (two) years experience in a leadership role at a four-star hotel. Demonstrated culinary and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Strong understanding of financial management, food costing, and inventory control. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and practices; HACCP certification is a plus. A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to providing remarkable dining experiences for guests.
