Was Sie über diese Position wissen sollten: Als Mitglied unserer Abteilung Dairy Research fokusieren Sie sich auf die Milchtechnologie und die Gestaltung von Prozessen zur Herstellung von Frischkäse. Sie planen und führen Experimente durch, führen Tests durch und präsentieren die Ergebnisse in Form von technischen Berichten und Präsentationen. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen technischen Experten und Erlernen der Grundlagen des Projektmanagements in Forschung und Entwicklung Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen im Labormaßstab und im Pilotmaßstab Abschluss der Versuche einschließlich Lagerung, Probenanalyse (chemische, physikalische und sensorische Analyse), Interpretation der Ergebnisse und effektive Berichterstattung zur Unterstützung von Projektentscheidungen Sicherstellung von Konsistenz, technischer Präzision und Einhaltung von Arbeitsmethoden, technischen Richtlinien und Verfahren Erstellung von Forschungsberichten und Präsentationen Unterstützung der Entwicklung von Messtechniken sowie Labor- und Pilotanlagen Welche zusätzlichen Zutaten Sie mitbringen: Freude und Neugier auf Neues, eine wachsende und positive Denkweise, sowie die Bereitschaft, in einem vielfältigen und integrativen Umfeld zu arbeiten. Ausbildung / Zertifizierungen: B.Sc.- und M.Sc.-Kandidaten in Lebensmitteltechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Molkereitechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, Bioprozesstechnik und verwandten Bereichen Stellenspezifische Anforderungen: Grundlegende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Anlagen zur Lebensmittelverarbeitung in Produktion oder Pilotanlagen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse in der Milchverarbeitung, Trennverfahren und essbaren Proteinen sind ein Plus Ausgeprägtes Interesse und Fähigkeiten in der Verfahrenstechnik, der zugehörigen Datenverarbeitung und Softwareanwendung Fähigkeit, mit einem hohen Maß an Autonomie zu arbeiten Angebotsdetails: Gehalt: 2550 EUR monatlich brutto Art der Tätigkeit: Vollzeit Dauer: 6 – Monate Standort: Fallingbostel Relocation Support Available?
