We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern to join our Engineering team at our Clinceni plant in Romania. Your responsibilities : Support data collection and analysis (cycle times, downtime, defect rates) to identify improvement opportunities and track KPIs Maintain performance dashboards and visual management tools to ensure clear visibility of departmental results Assist in improvement projects by preparing documentation, mapping processes, and tracking action items Participate in shop floor activities such as Gemba walks, 5S audits, and Kaizen events to support operational excellence Help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to root cause analyses Document best practices and project success stories to enable knowledge sharing across the organization Prepare materials and provide coordination support for workshops, training sessions, and team meetings What we’re looking for: Student or graduate of Engineering, (Industrial, Systems), Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations Management Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset Analytical mindset and good organizational skills Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team English at communicative level (spoken and written)   What we offer: 6 months paid internship in a global FMCG company Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and production environment Opportunity to work with modern technologies and experienced professionals Learning and development opportunities Friendly, supportive, and inclusive work environment Possibility of further career opportunities within Mondelez International Relocation Support Available?
