You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of  testing programs required by local legislation How you will contribute You will:  Provide primary care services to the site  and co-ordinate and effectively manage the site health program, including managing work related and non-work related injuries and illnesses Coordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work related injuries Provide Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patients Support the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures  for the site  including the delivery of training where necessary Management , maintenance and administration of medical equipment and  consumables in line with legal and medical standards including  audit of equipment and  storing, dispensing, administering and safe  disposal of medicines Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Relevant qualifications in the area of Occupational Health or claims management. Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitioner Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline Relevant experience in OHS (Occupational Safety and Health) Strong experience in an Injury Management & Rehabilitation role, ideally within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative requirements Perfil de Puesto: Proteger y promover la salud de los trabajadores mediante la prevención, diagnóstico y atención oportuna de riesgos y enfermedades laborales, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa mexicana en materia de salud ocupacional y apoyando el desarrollo de una cultura preventiva en la planta. Responsabilidades principales - Atención médica - Brindar consulta médica primaria a colaboradores por enfermedad general o accidentes de trabajo. - Proporcionar atención de primeros auxilios y respuesta a emergencias médicas dentro de la planta. - Evaluar y determinar aptitud médica para el trabajo. - Salud ocupacional - Realizar exámenes médicos de ingreso, periódicos y de egreso. - Identificar riesgos a la salud asociados a las actividades de la planta (ruido, posturas, trabajo repetitivo, temperaturas, etc.). - Implementar programas de vigilancia epidemiológica en el centro de trabajo. - Gestión de riesgos laborales - Apoyar en la investigación de accidentes y enfermedades de trabajo. - Dar seguimiento a incapacidades médicas y reincorporación laboral. - Participar en evaluaciones ergonómicas y programas de prevención. - Asegurar cumplimiento de las disposiciones aplicables de la Secretaría del - - Trabajo y Previsión Social, particularmente: NOM-030-STPS-2009, NOM-017-STPS-2008, NOM-035-STPS-2018, NOM-036-1-STPS-2018. - Diseñar e implementar campañas de salud preventiva (nutrición, hidratación, pausas activas, control de peso, etc.). - Impartir capacitaciones en primeros auxilios y autocuidado. - Participar en programas de bienestar y salud integral para los colaboradores. Formación académica - Licenciatura en Medicina (título y cédula profesional). - Deseable especialidad o diplomado en Salud Ocupacional o Medicina del Trabajo. - Certificación vigente en primeros auxilios y atención de emergencias. Experiencia - 2–3 años en medicina ocupacional o salud laboral. - Experiencia en plantas industriales o manufactura (deseable sector alimenticio). - Manejo de emergencias médicas en sitio. Conocimientos técnicos - Legislación de salud y seguridad en el trabajo en México. - Gestión de expedientes médicos laborales. - Ergonomía industrial. - Vigilancia epidemiológica ocupacional. - Protocolos de respuesta a emergencias. Horario  L-V 8:30 a 5:30am, con disponibilidad para fines de semana esporádicamente.
