Du leitest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Standards für In-Store Maßnahmen gemäß unserer Kategorie- und Markenstrategien, mit Shopper-Aktivierungen als auch mit unterschiedlichen Tools für unsere Zweitplatzierungspräsenz. Dein Beitrag Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: gestaltest du eigenverantwortlich in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Marketing-Teams und externen Agenturen die lokale Aktivierungs-Strategie der unterschiedlichen Marken und Kategorien entwickelst, leitest und realisierst du innovative, disruptive & wirkungsvolle Shopper-Aktivierungen & POS-Auftritte (einschließlich Budgetverwaltung) und zeigst dabei ausgeprägte Handels- und Shopper-Expertise sowie digitales Verständnis analysierst du relevante Marktdaten sowie die Entwicklung der umgesetzten POS-Maßnahmen eigenständig und verwandelst diese, unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Trends, proaktiv in Handlungsempfehlungen für die Zukunft beobachtest du die Aktivitäten von Mitbewerbern und deckst so neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie potenzielle Risiken für Mondelez auf bist du verantwortlich für die Konzeption von (Print-)Anzeigen in den unterschiedlichsten Kunden- & Fachhandelsmedien erarbeitest du relevante (Verkaufs-)Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Tools, um dem Sales Team eine exzellente Umsetzung zu ermöglichen arbeitest du intensiv mit unterschiedlichen internen Funktionen (Marketing, Key Account, etc.) als auch externen Stakeholdern (Agenturen) zusammen Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Fließendende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Sales Mind. 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Brand Activation, Customer & Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing und/oder Projektmanagement, bevorzugt im Food/FMCG Umfeld Kenntnisse über die österreichische Handelslandschaft Zukunftsorientiertes Denken, großes Interesse an Branchentrends, Kunden- und Shopper-Insights , digitalen Lösungen und Innovationen Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikations-Skills, sowie Teamfähigkeit mit Hands-on Mentalität Belastbarkeit & Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, komplexen Umfeld sowie mit stetiger Veränderung zurechtzukommen Einflussvermögen auf Stakeholder, sicheres Auftreten sowie Mut und Überzeugungskraft, um alternative Sichtweisen zu präsentieren Sehr gute strukturierte, analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Kreativität im Finden von Lösungen Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams Exzellente EDV- und MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “ KV für   Angestellte   und   Lehrlinge   im   Handel ”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR  67.000 pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit.
