Job Description:   Responsibilities: Prepare and review daily journal entries and cash reporting, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies for management. Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements, providing insights and identifying key variances. Support capital calls and distributions preparation, ensuring correctness and timeliness for management approval. Review and coordinate the preparation and delivery of capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity, while addressing potential client or investor concerns Draft and review investor correspondence, responding to inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed. Manage client investor portals and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date. Take ownership of assigned projects, including special assignments from management, with minimal supervision. Mentor or guide junior associates and associates on processes and technical aspects when needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license (or in process) preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues and propose solutions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in accounting systems such as Investran or similar; solid Excel skills. Professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, investors, and team members. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines. Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required to support business and client needs.
