Dein Beitrag Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: entwickelst und förderst du die Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden im Großhandel/Cash&Carry und erarbeitest Business-Pläne zur Gewinnung potentieller Neukunden. implementierst du die jeweiligen Kundenstrategien im Rahmen eines JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan). verhandelst du innerhalb deines genehmigten Budgets die Sortimentsgestaltung und sorgst gemeinsam mit der Funktion Supply Chain für akkurate Prognosen. optimierst du den Ressourceneinsatz, um die betriebliche Rentabilität zu steigern. bewertest, planst und implementierst du gemeinsam mit Kollegen verschiedener Funktionen angemessene Maßnahmen für die Sichtbarkeit unserer Marken am POS. überwachst und analysierst du Marktentwicklungen bei deinen Kunden. Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung im Bereich FMCG, idealerweise im Großhandel/Cash&Carry Glaubwürdiges Auftreten gegenüber wichtigen Stakeholdern Erfahrung mit Umsatzsteigerung und Vergrößerung des Marktanteils Erfahrung mit Präsentationen vor Vertretern verschiedener Unternehmensebenen Budgetverwaltung und -prognose Verhandlungsgeschick und Einflussvermögen zwecks Aufbau wirkungsvoller Beziehungen Fähigkeit der effektiven Kommunikation Zielorientierung und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten Gesetzlicher Hinweis in Österreich:  Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für Angestellte und Lehrlinge im Handel” . Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 57.800,-- pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit.
