Job Description Qualitätsmanager*in   (m/f/d) ,   Vollzeit   in Elternzeitvertretung In dieser Position trägst Du maßg eblich dazu bei, die   Q ualität am Produktionsstandort in Donauwörth stetig zu verbessern   und das Qualitätsmanagement kontinuierlich   auszubauen . Du berichtest direkt   an die Geschäftsführung des Werkes.     Verantwortlich für das   Qualitätsmanagement im Werk.  Direkte Führung von   7   Mitarbeiter*innen   (Labor,   QM, LQS)  Mitglied des PLT (Plant Leadership Team) Donauwörth, Bericht an den Werksleiter.  Schnittstelle zu internen (Produktion,   Business Development , Engineering) und externen ( Corporate Quality,   Behörden,   Lieferanten, Projektteams) Stakeholdern.      Diese Aufgaben   erwarten dich bei uns :       Du setzt   die Mondelez-Qualitätsstrategie im Produktionswerk   effektiv   um  Du   erhältst   und entwickelst   Systeme   zum Risikomanagement , insbesondere zur   Lebensmittelsicherheit   / HACCP   ( Q-Richtlinien ,   PRPs,    Food   Defense, Food Fraud , Food   Safety   Culture)   Die Durchführung   interner und externer Audits   fallen   in Deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich  Schulungen   und der damit verbundene Fähigkeitsaufbau von Mitarbeitenden werden von   Dir gefördert    Du bist Ansprechpartner*in bei Vorfällen und   koordinierst Krisenmanagement im Werk      In Deiner Verantwortung   liegen die Erstellung und Betreuung des Managementreviews für den Standort  Du erkennst Qualitätsverluste und   deren Eliminierung wird von Dir vorangetrieben  Du unterstütz   die Umsetzung von IL6S am Standort              Du bringst   mit :     Den Wunsch, Deine Zukunft   und die Zukunft des Werkes Donauwörth zu gestalten und Deine Karriere   voranzutreiben sowie   die folgenden Erfahrungen   und Kenntnisse:       Fundierte Kenntnisse   im Bereich   des Qualit ätsmanagements, HACCP, FSSC-Standards  Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Studium der Lebensmittelchemie oder   Oecotrophologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung  Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Lebensmittelindustrie  Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit   und das Vermögen von strukturiertem Arbeiten  Sichere Kommunikation   in Englisch und Deutsch  Erfahrung in Personalführung   erwünscht      Relocation Support Available?
