As a Associate System Design & Integration Specialist , you will work as a member of the IAM FedProxy Application Integration Team to support authentication and authorization to web applications that are in Boeing Enterprise Network. Deliver quality first time by configuring applications behind FedProxy and policies per customer’s request using the PING identity user interface. Consult with customers responsible for protected web sites on the best methods to protect their data. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong technical, analytical, communication and customer service skills. The candidate will possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and bring their own strengths to the table.  This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. Position Responsibilities: Flawless configuration of applications behind IAM FedProxy environment and policies per customer’s request using the PING identity user interface. Consult with customers responsible for WSSO protected web sites on the best methods to protect their data by ensuring the right users have access to the right resources at the right time. Basic/Required Qualifications: Minimum 4-7 year experience troubleshooting technical system issues Experience with computing services (e.g. Cloud) and operating systems (e.g. Windows, Unix, Linux, and Open Source Tools) Experience supporting end users in a customer service role Name Address Management System familiarization (NAMS) Incident ticket management – Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP) Service Now Ping Identity’s PingAccess and PingFederate. Network load balancing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificates Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting in Windows & Linux environment. Knowledge of IP, Network, DNS, JAVA Scripts, Cloud, Virtualization, Troubleshooting Commands      Experience in Application Support & Troubleshooting Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), Browsers. Experience in Identity and Access Management Experience in Windows & Linux Experience in DNS, Azure Cloud, Azure Log Monitoring Experience in SSL Certificates, SAML, OIDC protocols, OAuth ClientID Experience in Web and API related Troubleshooting Experience in Production Support Experience in On-Call 24/7/365 Support Tools >> ServiceNow, Ping Identity (PingAccess & PingFederate), Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), MFA tools, Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects. Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work. Typical Education & Experience: Typically, 5 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
