In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders. The COE Team supports a diverse variety of technical solutions built with M365 technology and products. What you need to know about this position: The M365 SDE acts as a technical contact, providing visibility for the M365 COE team, advanced technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution, including issues escalated to the highest levels of management. Should have strong ability to liaise with stakeholders and providing guidance on M365 services. The candidate also needs to work with various technical vendors and authorize solutions proposed by them for implementation in MDLZ. This includes reviewing proposed solution architecture, providing inputs to improve the solution while focusing on performance and user experience, checking feasibility of the solution by understanding MDLZ maturity in different tech stacks. What extra ingredients you will bring: Key Responsibilities Candidate needs to have the ability to combine technical skills, creativity, and business focus in order to deliver great solutions and ensure they get the best out of technologies and solutions owned by the M365 Platform team. Must have exceptional problem solving, technical writing, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment as well as an individual contributor. Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level as well as convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. Should have the ability to acquire knowledge from a variety of sources related to various technologies and have the ability to effectively communicate with managers/executives on technical/business issues. Will also need to support 20+ applications developed in-house. SME for M365 services and manage stakeholders leveraging the platform. Job specific requirements: 15 or more years’ experience in systems development or I.T. consulting or five or more year’s industry experience with Microsoft products are required. Deep Hands-On experience from both developer as well as IT Professional perspective for SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform and other M365 workloads. Extensive hands-on experience on SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Yammer, Power Platform in both OOTB, Copilot and API based implementation. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Modern Workspace concepts and ideas. Should have worked on at-least two large scale migration\integration projects (involving Yammer \ SharePoint \ Teams \ Power Automate\ Azure components). Should bring in expert knowledge on SharePoint to work with Teams/Vendor partners to solve blockers. Understanding of GIT, TFS and Azure DevOps source control tools. Well versed with both client side as well server-side development technologies especially but not limited to: SPFX Microsoft Graph API ReactJS AngularJS JavaScript & jQuery HTML CSS REST API C# CSOM Azure Functions Ability to understand the needs of non-technical customers, to conceptualize, launch and deliver technology-enabled business change projects. Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources and initiatives. Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table and be an advocate of the M365 COE team.
