You lead a field sales representative team to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area. You work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs. How you will contribute You will: Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team. Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required. Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories. Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your area. Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan. Es responsable de establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes clave, gestionar el presupuesto de ventas y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa. Responsabilidades: Establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes importantes. Esto puede implicar visitas periódicas a clientes, negociaciones de contratos y resolución de problemas. Seguimiento de ventas por ruta Gestionar el presupuesto asignado para actividades de ventas, como viajes, materiales de marketing y eventos. Supervisar al personal sindicalizado para garantizar que realicen las tareas correctas según el estándar prescrito Experiencia en el manejo de personal sindicalizado Liderar y desarrollar su equipo de trabajo, entrenar y tomar decisiones Logro de objetivos a nivel ruta y categoría Coordinación del grupo Trabajo de campo con promotores a su cargo y actividades administrativas Requisitos: Licenciatura en Administración / Negocios títulado Experiencia comprobada en ventas en canal de detalle mínimo 2 años Experiencia en análisis y estrategia de control de ventas Experiencia en gestión de cartera Habilidades de coaching / liderazgo de personal sindicalizado Conocimiento de Excel intermedio (bases de datos, fórmulas) Licencia de manejo Habilidades: Liderazgo personal sindicalizado mínimo 15 personas a cargo Manejo de sindicato Comunicación Negociación Análisis Empuje a resultados Trabajo en equipo Resiliencia Ciudad de residencia Culiacán conozcan localidades foráneas como los mochis y guasave Horario:   lunes a sábado a partir de las 6:30 AM en rol de rutas No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
