You provide hands-on assistance to support the operation and goals of the laboratory by planning and conducting experiments and applying your understanding to analyze results. With guidance, you plan and implement assigned projects. How you will contribute You will perform a range of analyses, prepare and maintain standard equipment and chemicals required for running of an analytical laboratory, support laboratory activities while ensuring compliance to the appropriate internal and external standards, and capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy. To succeed in this role, you will maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment and be proficient in generic and specific software packages. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Working on teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions Maintaining equipment to ensure they are always operable Applying your technical understanding of equipment to support laboratory operations Recording and reporting data and activity outcome accurately Working in laboratories Relevant industry and/or academic experience Acerca de la posición 1-3 años de experiencia en calidad de producto dentro del sector de consumo masivo o alimentario Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y políticas internas y externas así como las especificaciones de calidad establecidas a través de auditorías, entrenamientos, juntas con producción y áreas de soporte, muestreos e investigaciones Contribuir y asegurar el desarrollo adecuado de las actividades relacionadas al cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, documentación del Sistema de Gestión, tales como ayudas visuales, registros de contenido neto, entre otros Asegurar el cumplimiento a los controles establecidos que aseguren  condiciones críticas de operación en los procesos, así como las variables y atributos de calidad establecidos Capacitar al personal de la planta y nuevos ingresos en concepto de políticas de calidad, sistemas y herramientas de calidad Experiencia en Auditorías (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, SQF), Inocuidad alimentaria básica, políticas o normas de Calidad, gestión de sistema de calidad, Conocimientos básicos de HACCP y buenas prácticas de manufactura Experiencia con sistemas SAP y paquetería Office Educación Carrera terminada en Ingeniería Industrial o afín Inglés Intermedio (Lectura y escritua) El contrato será por obra determinada, con fecha de termino del 31/12/2026 No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
