Experienced or Mid-Level Project Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Space Mission Systems has an exciting opportunity for an an Experienced or Mid-Level Project Management Specialist (Level 2/3) to join the Satellite Factory Integration team in El Segundo, CA. Position Responsibilities : Developing and integrating project plans, pipeline and resource metrics for deliverable hardware by developing and maintaining documentation/data for various leadership presentations Participating in establishing, monitoring, and integrating space and satellite hardware project elements and coordinating with stakeholders Evaluating, refining, validating, and resolving schedule alignment issues and coordinate trend data to provide recommended changes to stakeholders to execute across various feeder factories while overseeing plan optimization Assisting and/or leading in planning efforts across various programs and projects to determine constraints, risks, opportunities, and integration strategies Analyzing and maintaining capacity analysis throughout Satellite Factory work-cells and future business opportunities for key stakeholders/leadership Supporting Lean Enterprise activities throughout the Satellite Factory This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/ SCI Clearance Post-Start is required. Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher 3 + years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools 3 + years of experience using Microsoft Project Experience in product support 3 + years of experience leading teams or projects to successful completion 3 + years of experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.  Travel: Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
