This platform is redefining customer engagement workflows with speed, agility, and full-stack productivity for modern marketers. What You’ll Do Develop, and deploy critical components of a new   Agentic App , delivering production-grade solutions. Translate high-level product goals into actionable engineering tasks and technical plans. Evaluate and advocate for the right tools, frameworks, and technologies. Write clean, testable, and scalable code; conduct peer reviews and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch customer-centric features. Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and priorities. Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering growth across the team. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 4- 6 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong foundation in   data structures, algorithms , and   object-oriented design . Proven expertise in   Java ,   Scala , and clean architecture principles. Experience with   Campaign Execution systems   and   Generative AI   is a strong plus. Deep understanding of   cloud-native architectures , microservices, and “always-up” systems. Familiarity with   CI/CD pipelines ,   GitOps , and container orchestration tools like   Argo CD . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A mindset of curiosity, ownership, and relentless focus on solving real customer problems with high-quality software. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 -- $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.     

In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550
 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
