Job Description Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie pracować blisko zespołów produkcyjnych, wspierać ich w zdobywaniu nowych umiejętności i przygotowywać ich do zmian. Jednocześnie rozwinie swoje kompetencje w obszarze szkoleń, transferu wiedzy, pracy z danymi i budowania standardów, które będą miały realny wpływ na organizację. Główne obowiązki: Tworzenie i aktualizacja matryc kompetencji dla ról produkcyjnych. Planowanie i realizacja szkoleń oraz transferu wiedzy we współpracy z liderami zespołów. Organizacja i monitorowanie szkoleń przed uruchomieniem linii. Weryfikacja kompetencji oraz prowadzenie dokumentacji szkoleniowej. Przygotowanie trenerów i wsparcie w tworzeniu materiałów szkoleniowych. Zapewnienie jakości, kompletności i archiwizacji materiałów szkoleniowych. Nadzór nad gotowością kompetencyjną zespołów przed projektami walidacyjnymi. Analiza danych kompetencyjnych i wsparcie rozwoju pracowników. Nasze wymagania: Rozumienie ścieżek rozwoju i potrzeb szkoleniowych pracowników. Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum komunikacyjnym. Mocno rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne. Umiejętność korzystania z danych i ich walidacji w celu realizacji zadań. Zorganizowanie i dyscyplina w zakresie czasowego realizowania zadań. Logiczne i strukturalne podejście do realizacji zadań i stawianie ludzi na pierwszym miejscu.
