You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency. How you will contribute You will: Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ( Strongly Preferred) (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical) Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred) TPM (total productive maintenance) (JIPM) certification (Preferred) 6-sigma black belt certification (Preferred) Job specific requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting operating under a TPM program. Minimum 5 years leading TPM programs in a manufacturing setting. Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions. Proven success record of TPM implementation and significant OEE improvement. Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions. (Preferred) CPG or pharma experience (highly preferred). Travel requirements: Less than 10% Work schedule: M-F, flexible on weekends Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
