La mission Au sein du service Production de la Haye Fouassière et rattaché(e) directement au responsable du pôle Belvita, Paille d'Or ou Crackers, le (la) Responsable d’équipe a pour mission de gérer l’activité et les aléas sur la ligne en s’appuyant sur ses compétences et sur son équipe dont il est hiérarchiquement responsable . Principales responsabilités Management et développement des équipes Management hiérarchique de son équipe Animation des réunions Conduire toutes les actions visant à développer les collaborateurs tels que la fixation des objectifs individuels, la réalisation des entretiens individuels, et les plans de développement personnels qui en découlent Faire respecter les standards et analyser les écarts d’application Etre garant d'un bon climat social dans son équipe Gestion des activités Animation du point quotidien Analyse des écarts et saisie de la performance Coordination de la résolution de problèmes, analyse de causes racine Gestion organisationnelle de la ligne (CP, lien avec responsable placement, etc.) Maintenir la performance et la motivation Etre acteur de la sécurité (Réalisation des dialogues Sécurité, des analyses AT, etc.) Avancement des plans d’actions Détecter les opportunités d’amélioration Appliquer et respecter les attitudes de l’amélioration continue, conduire les actions régulières de progrès au niveau des lignes et être force de proposition Participation et pilotage des chantiers d’amélioration. Participation aux revues de secteur Le profil recherché De formation ingénieur bac +5 ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans le milieu de la production, idéalement avec du management. Compétences requises : Rigueur et organisation notamment pour la formalisation et le suivi des plans d’action.  Goût du terrain et du travail en transversal  Haut niveau d’exigence en matière QASSE  Capacité à jongler entre des actions terrains court terme et des actions moyen/ long terme d’analyse, de formalisation, de planification  Qualités relationnelles et enthousiasme  Présence terrain et leadership dans situations critiques  Autonomie et gestion des priorités La maitrise de l'anglais est souhaitée Les conditions Poste basé à La Haye Fouassière (44) Tourner en 3X8 #TasteTheFuture Relocation Support Available?
