You will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to retain contracts, maximize ARR, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring predictable renewals, strong customer relationships, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Own the renewal lifecycle end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, and contract confirmation Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal to retain customers and support account growth Negotiate renewal terms that align customer needs with company objectives Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory Proactively identify expansion signals and generate upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities Improve and evolve the renewals playbook to maximize retention and ARR Manage and resolve escalations related to contracts, pricing, and negotiations Identify process gaps and drive efficiency improvements Requirements 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within SaaS Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills Committed perspective with a high degree of ownership and accountability Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong great teammate Nice to Have Proven experience owning the renewal process end-to-end Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success Experience managing rolling renewal forecasts by segment or territory Track record of identifying and accomplishing expansion opportunities Experience handling complex contract negotiations and blocking issues Empathetic, customer-focused approach with a creative, problem-solving attitude Adobe is proud to be an  Equal Employment Opportunity  employer.
