We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!   What You'll Do Partnered with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional processes, and translate them into solutions, aligning system capabilities with compliance standards. Establish project plans with project managers, work with partners to coordinate expectations, and team up with the delivery team to deliver solutions flawlessly. Drive strategic design decisions through cross-functional collaboration (business, SAP, technical teams);facilitate workshops to align business requirements with solution design. Collaborate with system engineers on system improvements, define functional requirements, and review/approve compositions. Collaborate with key team members to identify needs and communicate potential solutions. Work effectively and independently on assigned projects. Express complex concepts clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with functionals, Engineers, system administrators, and quality assurance team members. Prepare test scenarios and conduct system integration and support regression testing for system improvements and upgrades to ensure effective delivery of high-quality solutions. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including business/Technical data requirements, data flows, user stories, process diagrams, and functional builds. Provide SAP support, including techno-functional analysis, tracking, and resolution. Demonstrate high-level communication skills (verbal and written).   What You Need To Succeed Minimum 10+ years IT experience in a complex work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in high-tech or software industry is desirable. Experience in Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, US GAAP, IFRS, including full cycle RAR implementation. Expertise RAR integration with SD, BRIM (SOM, CC/CI, FICA), COPA, and third-party applications with a solid understanding of business processes.. Proficiency in Revenue accounting items, BRF+ rules, SSP & GL accounts determination process. Domain expertise and a consistent track record in crafting and deploying solutions in RAR. Experience with S/4 HANA RAR CCM & OCM or equivalent experience. Expertise in managing and architecting complex business models. Experience migrating from SD Revenue Recognition to S/4 OCM RAR. SAP Certification is an added advantage. Good knowledge of Core Finance Modules. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
